The Social Enterprise Open Camp is an international training event dedicated to social entrepreneurship gathering the most notable figures in the field of impact entrepreneurship worldwide. An intensive, immersive, and residential training experience featuring a program full of workshops, case studies from around the world, plenary sessions, and keynote speeches.
Speakers and social entrepreneurship experts from around the world will deliver the four-day residential training this year as well.
An experience made unique by the stories of social entrepreneurs, but also by the reflections and stimuli of mentors, academics, investors, and figures of industry and finance that will broaden participants’ field of action in a melting pot of knowledge and experiences.
Plenary sessions, kynote speeches, debates, round tables, and networking moments will alternate with workshops in which social enterprises/cooperatives that have undergone processes of transformation of corporate culture, valorisation of human and social capital, and experimentation with new business models aimed at sustainability will be proposed.
The topic of the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2023 is Unlocking the potential of human & social capital (Todi, 20-23 October 2023)
Human, Social and Relational capital are crucial and essential elements for the development and growth of entrepreneurship.
At SEOC 2023 we will focus on human and social capital as potential drivers of change, development, and growth in business.
This is one of the most important challenges the social economy in the Italian and global context has to deal with: the urgency of being attractive to young people, the need to train and retain talent, the need to develop the managerial skills needed to innovate, renew and grow, and the need to find professional figures specialized in care and welfare services, and the need to enhance the human capital of the most fragile people.
The second phase of the SEOC Challenge is now open!
Thanks to the support of our partners Fondazione Cariplo and Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo as part of the Innovazione per lo Sviluppo; Fondazione CRT; Fondazione Pietro Pittini; Fondazione con il Sud.
